How to Use the Forecast Towers
Forecast Towers become available just one minute before the second Storm Circle begins to close. When this happens, their locations will be revealed on your map. However, until this time, you won’t be able to access them.
Once the Forecast Towers are unlocked, they will emit green particles from their antennae. At this point, you’ll need to defeat three enemies that spawn nearby, with the largest of the three holding the Forecast Tower Access Card. This card is required to access the Storm Circle forecast.
